A traditional weighted 5oz (140g) steel plumb bob with approx. 15ft of strong nylon line. These have been used as far back as the early Egyptians. A simple and effective tool that is usewd to establish whether an object is exactly vertical. A plumb bob can be used to mark a point directly above or below another point. It can also be used to simply create an accurate vertical reference line prior to hanging wallpaper. This traditional tool has a whole host of uses and in certain instances is far more practical than other methods, such as a spirit level. Manufactured from quality steel with a knurled finish.
